Normal Loan
Normal loan is given to any member who is eligible as per his/her deposits (issued three times the deposits), and has no other normal loan. It takes 48 hours for this loan to be approved after application.Loans are issued at up to three times a member’s savings. Any portion of the loan that exceeds the member’s own savings is guaranteed by other members.
FEATURES
- Repayment period shall be 1 to 72 months.
- Members are entitled to 3 times their deposit.
- Maximum loan amount is ksh 10,000,000
- Security can be used as a guarantor upon perfection
- 14% Interest Rate (Straight Line) amounting to maximum of KSHS. 200,000.
- 15% Interest Rate (Reducing) more than KSHS. 200,ooo.
